MY MY HOW TIME DOES FLY!

I never know where the time goes.  I feel like I never have time to update our blog.  So I am saying here and now.  I will make a better effort to update our blog.  I am shooting wide right now so let go for a monthly update and we'll see how that goes.

Wow I just looked at my last post and that was 5 1/2 months ago.  So here goes with a brief update and then pictures to follow.

DECEMBER:  Keith finally came home on Christmas eve( from Hawaii) ...It was a great Christmas present for me and the girls.  He was home till the first Monday in January and then he was back on a plane to Hawaii.  Christmas was good.  We were lucky this year with Keith working extra to have a nice year.

JANUARY: New year came and went and we sent Keith off.  I was very fortunate to be able to make my first trip to Hawaii. Keith had to work while I was there but I had a travel partner.  Her and I made the most of the whole week we were there.  We did North Shore, Dole Plantation, Polynesian Cultural Center, Pearl Harbor, Waikiki, Film Location for the TV show Hawaii 5-0, King Kamehameha Statue.  Oh yeah and I got to see the pirate ship that was used in the new Pirates of the Caribbean Movie.  It was an awesome trip.  Keith got lucky and was able to go the the Pro Bowl.

FEBRUARY : Keith got to come home.  Yeah!  Valentines was fun, but again came and went. Emma turned 8.  Her birthday was good.

MARCH: I got a new car.  We got a Hyundai Sonata.  It is such a sexy little car.  I love it.  Keith and I signed up for co-ed softball.

April : Madison turned 12.  She is finally on the road to being a teenager.  WOW i cant believe that I just said that out loud.  She also had her final Cello concert.  It was awesome and sad at the same time.  She is wanting to try other things in junior high next year which meant that something had to go and so she decided that she wanted to move on.  I am glad that she had the experience.  Keith and I made a trip to Vegas for the NHRA Nationals(drag racing),  It was awesome.  Keith and I were able to meet quite a few of the drivers and get some of there autographs.

May : Softball season was in full swing and then a rash of bad weather had started ruining my life.  Well okay maybe it isn't that bad, but it is getting really close.  Keith has been gone most of the month.  God bless him he works so hard to make sure that the girls and I are taken care of.  Somebody needs to tell him that it is okay for us to take care of him every once and a while.  Keith started building the girls a playhouse in the backyard.  It is so cool.  I really have a talented husband when it comes to carpentry.  He sees something and just builds it.  Check out the pictures below.
Well the end of the school year is winding down.  The girls and I have field trips and a whole lot of other fun stuff to do in the next 2 weeks.  Madison will be making her annual summer trip to Minnesota.  She leaves us on June 6th and will be returning on the 29th of July.  We will miss her.  Keith is leaving me as well next week.  He will be heading to southern Oregon for the next 6 weeks.  So more updates to come and again remember my goal of monthly updates.  Lets see how that works for now.
To all my friends and family.  I love you guys and I hope that all is going well for all of you in your neck of the woods.  Until next time be safe and take care.
